Kavya Bhatt

When I was younger I always went towards comic books rather than boring chapter books with no drawings and photos. This really helped me with designing as I have seen designs in books so much already. My goal is to always make my designs match my story and to make sure the visual readers can look at the design without a title and understand exactly what the writing is about.

Freshman year I took a intro class that opened the world of journalism to me.

2024-2025

Designer

I joined my schools newspaper publication and focused on designing.

2025-2026

Art Editor

I am now the art editor of the publication. I have started taking more photos and trying new designs.
